Bethel Faith Temple was started by Mother Merle Williamson September 2, 1989. Shortly after moving from Philadelphia to Spring Hill, FL, Mother Merle realized that there was no Temple to worship in the area. Therefore, she began fellowshipping in her house. Yahweh gave her the vision to purchase a building and convert it into a Temple to use for worship.

The Temple was purchased in August, 1992 and was renovated. The renovation took approximately 4 months before the doors were open welcoming all to come and Lift up the Mighty Name of Yahweh.
